1/2 cup fish meat (pref of white fish)
2 tbsp coconut powder (finely grated)
3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp sour cream
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 capsicum, chopped finely
1/4 cup cerely, finely chopped
2 sprig spring onion, chopped finely
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/4 tsp salt (or as per taste)
1 green chillies, chopped finely
1 tbsp lemon juiceMethod:
- Marinate the fish meat with lemon juice
- Keep aside for 2 hours
- Drain the excess water from the meat
- In a bowl mix the cream cheese and coconut powder well
- Add mayonnaise and sour cream
- Blend it well
- Add capsicum, onions, cerely
- Add salt amd pepper powder and green chillies
- Mix it well
- Add the drained meat and mix it well
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
- Serve with raw vegetables / crackers
