Dips and Spreads
Fish Dip

Ingredients

1/2 cup fish meat (pref of white fish)
2 tbsp coconut powder (finely grated)
3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp sour cream
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 capsicum, chopped finely
1/4 cup cerely, finely chopped
2 sprig spring onion, chopped finely
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/4 tsp salt (or as per taste)
1 green chillies, chopped finely
1 tbsp lemon juice

Method:

  1. Marinate the fish meat with lemon juice
  2. Keep aside for 2 hours
  3. Drain the excess water from the meat
  4. In a bowl mix the cream cheese and coconut powder well
  5. Add mayonnaise and sour cream
  6. Blend it well
  7. Add capsicum, onions, cerely
  8. Add salt amd pepper powder and green chillies
  9. Mix it well
  10. Add the drained meat and mix it well
  11. Refrigerate for 2 hours
  12. Serve with raw vegetables / crackers
