Dips and Spreads
Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients

1 cup canned crab meat
1 onion, chopped finely
2 garlic flakes, crushed
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cerely, finely chopped
1 tsp chilli sauce
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Method:

  1. Drain and flake the meat, keep aside
  2. Blend mayonnaise, cream cheese and milk well
  3. Add meat, cerely, salt, onion, garlic, lemon juice and chilli sauce
  4. Mix it well
  5. Pour in a baking dish
  6. Garnish with white pepper powder
  7. Bake it at 350 o degrees for 30 minutes
  8. Serve with toasted bread / bread loafs / crackers
