1 cup minced clams
1 onion, chopped finely
2 green chillies, chopped finely
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp cerely, chopped finely
1 cup cream cheese
1/2 tsp lemon juiceMethod:
- Heat pan
- Put the clam mince and lemon
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring continuosly
- Add butter, onions and green chillies
- Simmer for 5 minutes
- Add pepper, oregano and cerely
- Remove from fire and put in a baking dish
- Garnish with the cream cheese
- Bake at 350 degree F for 30 minutes
- Serve with bread toast or chips
