2 cups mushroom, chopped coarsely
2 onions, chopped finely
3 garlic flakes, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cream cheese
1 tbsp cerely
3 tbsp butterMethod:
- Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan
- Fry onion till golden brown
- Remove and drain on the paper
- Heat remaining 1 tbsp butter
- Simmer mushrooms for 10 minutes
- Add garlic and simmer for another 2-3 minutes
- Remove and mix with onion
- In a bowl blend sour cream and cream cheese well
- Add mushrooms and onion
- Add salt, pepper and cerely
- Mix well
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
- Serve with chips
