1 cup cream cheese
1 cup tomato puree
2 tbsp water
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 sprig spring onion, chopped finely
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup cooked shrimps, chopped
1 envelop gelatin
1 parsley stalk, chopped finelyMethod:
- Mix tomato puree and cream cheese
- Heat the mixture on low flame till it mixes well
- Remove from fire
- Mix gelatin and water
- Add to the above mixture and mix well
- Add rest of the ingredients
- Put in a bowl
- Let it set for 3-4 hours
- Spread on toasted breads and serve
