Easter Delicacies
Browned Potatoes

Ingredients 

3/4 kg medium sized potatoes, peeled
3/4 cup butter
2 cups chicken broth
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp chopped onion
3 tbsp grated cheese

  Method:

  1. Melt butter
  2. Roll potatoes in butter to cover it
  3. Arrange the potatoes in the baking pan
  4. Bake the potatoes in preheated oven at 375 F for 1 hour
  5. Turn the potatoes
  6. Pour broth, sour cream and top onion and capsicum
  7. Garnish with cheese
  8. Bake the potatoes again at 375 o for 45 minutes
  9. Sprinkle salt and pepper
  10. Serve
