5 squares chocolates, make small pieces
2 egg yolk
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup cashew pieces
1 cup milk
4 tbsp cheese powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
3 cups plain flour
1/8 tsp salt
1-1/2 tsp soda-bi-carbMethod:
- Mix egg, milk and chocolate
- Cook on slow flame till chocolate melts and mixture thickens
- Add cheese and cook for another 3 minutes
- Remove from fire
- Add sugar, soda, salt and flour
- Beat untill smooth
- Add walnuts, cashew and vanilla essence
- Mix it well
- Pour into greased baking pan
- Bake form 1/2 hour at 250 oC
- Cool and top with icing
