Easter Delicacies
Prawn Fritters

INGREDIENTS 1/4 kg prawns, deveined and chopped finely
3-4 green chillies, chopped finely
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp garlic paste
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped finely
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
3 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp plain flour
salt and pepper as per taste
 oil for deep frying
2 tbsp water

  Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except prawns
  2. Make dough of pakora consistency
  3. Fold in prawns
  4. Heat oil in pan
  5. Deep fry prawn ball (one ball =1 tbsp of mixture) till golden brown
  6. Serve hot
