4 egg whites
1/2 cup margarine
2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk
2 cups plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1-1/2 cup sugarFor Frosting: 2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp water
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp vanilla essenceFor Decoration: 1 cup jelly beans

- Cream margarine and sugar till light and fluffy.
- Beat the eggs and gradually add to the mixture.
- Add the flour, sifted with baking powder.
- Blend the batter well.
- Stir in the milk so that the mixture becomes even and smooth.
- Grease two round cake tin (8")and grease it.
- Pour the ready cake mixture in to two trays.
- Bake in a preheated over at 350o F for 25 minutes.
- When the top is golden in colour, take it out from the oven.
- Cool the cake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the sides of the pan and cool completely.
How to Give Shape:
Method of Frosting:
- One cake is for the face
- From other cake, Cut a curved scoop from both the sides of circle, the remaining portion is the bow tie
- Place the cut three pieces near the first cake
- And the shape of bunny is ready, see the diagram
- Mix 1 cup sugar, vanilla essence and butter
- Beat well
- Alternatively add some sugar and some water, beating continuously
- Beat till smooth, and frost is ready
How to decorate:
- Frost the whole bunny
- Can use cherries a eyes
- Pink jelly as nose
- Decorate the bow tie and ears as per your imagination
