Easter Delicacies
Glazed Ham

Ingredients 

4 kgs cooked ham
Juice of 1 orange
some whole cloves
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1 cup honey

  Method:

  1. Remove the rind of ham
  2. Score the ham in a diamond pattern (small diamonds, approx 1" distance).
  3. At the center of each diamond, insert a clove.
  4. Mix all the rest of ingredients in a bowl for glaze
  5. Spread it over the ham
  6. Bake at 325 o for 1-1/2 hour till ham is tender
  7. Let it cool and serve
