4 kgs cooked ham
Juice of 1 orange
some whole cloves
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1 cup honeyMethod:
- Remove the rind of ham
- Score the ham in a diamond pattern (small diamonds, approx 1" distance).
- At the center of each diamond, insert a clove.
- Mix all the rest of ingredients in a bowl for glaze
- Spread it over the ham
- Bake at 325 o for 1-1/2 hour till ham is tender
- Let it cool and serve
