Easter Delicacies
Eggnog

Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
1/8 tsp salt
Sugar as per taste
1/2 cup whipped cream
1 tbsp icing sugar
2 cups ice-cold milk

Method:

  1. Separate eggs
  2. Beat egg yolk with salt
  3. Whip milk with sugar, cardamom and nutmeg powder till frothy
  4. Add egg yolk to milk and mix well
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff
  6. Add to milk-egg mixture
  7. Beat well
  8. Beat whipped cream and icing sugar untill thick in a separate bowl
  9. Top each glass of eggnog with whipped cream
