Cocoa Muffins

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup dry coconut powder

  Sift together:
1/2 tsp cardamom powder 2 tbsp cocoa
1 cup maida
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp Grated chocolate Pinch of salt

  Method:

1. In a bowl, mix butter and sugar till creamy
2. Add egg and beat well
3. Add milk, and sifted mixture
4. Add coconut powder and mix well
5. Grease the muffin tins and sprinkle some flour
6. Pour the egg mixture in the tins
7. Garnish with grated chocolate
8. Bake in hot oven for 25 min at 400 ^oF
