1 cup maida
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup walnut crumbs
1/4 cup jamMethod:
- Mix maida and butter
- Then mix sugar, essence and egg to form a dough
- Keep the dough for 15 mins.
- Make small balls of the dough
- Roll the balls in walnut crumbs
- Put the ball in the greased baking dish
- Press the ball by thumb
- Put jam in the hole of ball
- Bake at 180 o C for 12 mins
- Serve
