Egg Dishes
Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients

4 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup meat (cooked and minced)
1 onion, chopped finely
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp tomato sauce
2 green chillies, chopped finely
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Corrinader leaves, chopped finely

Method:

  1. Peel the eggs
  2. Halve the eggs (lengthwise)
  3. Remove the yolks in a vessel
  4. Mix cheese, green chillies, onion, meat, salt, coriander leaves, salt, tomato sauce, sour cream
  5. Grease the baking dish with the butter
  6. Stuff the egg whites with the mixture and place it on baking dish.
  7. Garnish the stuffed egg with bread crumbs
  8. Place the dish in pre-heated moderated oven for 7 minutes or till golden brown on top
  9. Serve hot
