4 eggs
1 onion, chopped finely
1 small tomato, chopped finely
2 green chillies, chopped finely
1/4 tsp cumin seeds powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1 garlic flake, grounded
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp milkMethod:
- Break eggs in a bowl and beat well
- Add milk and mix well
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add cumin seeds and let it splutter
- Fry onion till golden brown
- Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies
- Simmer for a minute
- Add tomatoes and let it simmer for 3 minutes
- Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder
- Mix well and keep for a minute
- Add beaten egg and stir continuously
- Let it cook on slow flame, stirring continuously, till set
- Remove from flame
- Garnish with coriander leaves
