Egg Dishes
Egg Mayonnaise

Ingredients

1 egg
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp cream

Method:

  1. Blend egg, salt, pepper powder and mustard powder with a blender
  2. Keep adding oil, a little at a time, and go on blending
  3. Continue this process till mayonnaise is thick and creamy
  4. Add lemon juice and blend again
  5. Add cream and mix it well
  6. Store in a refrigerator
  7. Can be used for 5-7 days
