1 egg
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp creamMethod:
- Blend egg, salt, pepper powder and mustard powder with a blender
- Keep adding oil, a little at a time, and go on blending
- Continue this process till mayonnaise is thick and creamy
- Add lemon juice and blend again
- Add cream and mix it well
- Store in a refrigerator
- Can be used for 5-7 days
