4 eggs
4 tsp butter (1 tsp for each omellete)Mix together:
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 tomato, chopped finely
3 green chillies, chopped finely
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp black pepper powder
salt as per taste
1 tbsp chopped corrinader leavesMethod:
- Remove the yolk and beat till frothy
- Add the above mixture of the ingredients
- Mix well
- Heat a pan, add 1 tsp butter
- Pour the egg mixture (required for 1 omelette)
- Cook on low flame till bottom is golden brown
- Turn the omelette and let the other side cook till light brown
- Remove from the fire and serve hot
