Egg Dishes
Cocoa-Egg Muffins

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup dry coconut powder

Sift together:
2 tbsp cocoa
1 cup maida
1 tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix butter and sugar till creamy
  2. Add egg and beat well
  3. Add milk, and sifted mixture
  4. Add coconut powder and mix well
  5. Grease the muffin tins and sprinkle some flour
  6. Pour the egg mixture in the tins
  7. Bake in hot oven for 25 min at 400 degrees fahrenheit
