4 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
1 tbsp soy sauce (as per your taste)
2 tbsp butter
2 sprig of spring onion, chopped finely
3 cloves
Salt as per tasteMethod:
- Heat a pan
- Melt butter in it
- Add Soy sauce and cloves
- Add eggs and let it cook for 5-7 minutes, turning them slowly all the time
- When brown in colour, remove them
- Slice them in a plate
- Garnish with spring onion
