6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
5 green chillies, slitted
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1/8 tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
3tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
Salt as per taste
Oil for fryingMethod:
- Deep fry the peeled eggs till golden
- Drain and keep aside
- In a wok, heat 2 tbsp oil
- Fry onion till golden brown
- Add tomatoes, ginger-garlic, and simmer for 2 mins
- Add chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric, pepper powder
- Add soy sauce, salt and simmer for a minute
- Add 1/2 cup water and let it boil till gravy thickens
- Add egg and coat in the gravy
- Cook for 5 mins.
- Serve with toasted bread
