Egg Dishes
Egg Au Gratin

Ingredients

1 tsp butter
2 cups salami
7 eggs
1 tbsp onion, chopped finely
2 tbsp chopped capsicum
1 tbsp chopped celery
Salt as per taste
Pepper powder as per taste
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup cream
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil powder

Method:

  1. Coarsely chop the salami
  2. Heat butter in pan
  3. Saute the salami in butter, till light brown
  4. Drain and keep aside
  5. Beat the eggs
  6. Mix all the ingredients in the eggs
  7. Pour the mixture in greased baking dish
  8. Bake in preheated oven at 400 o for 35 mins.
  9. Remove and serve with toasted bread
