5 eggs
2 potatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 capsicum, cut into thin strips
1/2 garlic paste
1/4 cup cauliflower florets, small
1 onion, chopped finely
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp oilMethod:
- Heat oil
- Saute onion, garlic and mushroom till onions are transparent
- Add potatoes, capsicum and cauliflower
- Saute till potatoes are browned
- Remove from fire and put in a bowl
- Beat eggs with cream, salt, oregano and pepper till fluffy
- Pour egg over potato-mushroom mixture
- Add cheese and coriander leaves
- But in a greased baking dish
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 o for 40 mins.
- Cool for 10 mins.
- Cut and serve
