6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and grated
1.5 L (6 cups) shredded cabbage
500 mL (2 cups) apples, chopped
125 mL (1/2 cup) raisins
50 mL (1/4 cup) roasted peanuts
125 mL (1/2 cup) mayonnaiseMethod
- Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
Makes: 10 servings.
Preparation: 3 minutes.
Refrigeration: 3 hours
