125 g (4 oz) regular or spreadable cream cheese, softened
30 mL (2 tbsp) green onion, chopped
4 eggs, hard-cooked, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 106 g (3.5 oz) can salmon, drained
To taste salt and pepper
4 bagels, cut in half
lettuce leavesMethod
- In a bowl, combine Cream cheese and onion.
- Stir in eggs and salmon.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread filling on bagel halves.
- Garnish with lettuce.
- Serve immediately.
Makes: 4 servings.
Preparation: 10 minutes.
