6 eggs
1/4 cup plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup grated paneer
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 tsp black pepper powderMethod:
- Beat the eggs till fluffy
- Mix rest of the ingredients (if the mixture is very thick then add 1 tbsp water)
- Mix it with beaten egg and blend well
- Pour it in the baking dish
- Put it in preheated oven at 350 o and bake it for 30-35 minutes
