250 gms deboned fish pieces
1 onion
1/4" ginger
1 garlic flakes
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
2 eggs
Oil for fryingMethod:
- Clean the fish pieces
- Mix all the ingredients except eggs, bread crumbs and oil
- Marinate the fish pieces with the mixture for 2 hours
- Beat the egg
- Heat the oil
- Dip the fish pieces in egg and roll it in bread crumbs
- Deep fry till golden brown
- Serve hot with sauce and wafers
