Fish Dishes
Fish Fingers

Ingredients

250 gms deboned fish pieces
1 onion
1/4" ginger
1 garlic flakes
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
2 eggs
Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Clean the fish pieces
  2. Mix all the ingredients except eggs, bread crumbs and oil
  3. Marinate the fish pieces with the mixture for 2 hours
  4. Beat the egg
  5. Heat the oil
  6. Dip the fish pieces in egg and roll it in bread crumbs
  7. Deep fry till golden brown
  8. Serve hot with sauce and wafers
