1/2 kg Bhetki Fillets
100 gms of Cheese to be grated properly.
200 Ml of Refined Oil for CookingFor Marination:
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 whole Lime
1 tsp of Salt.
1 tsp of Green Chilly
Corriander paste (4 Green Chillies along with 1/2 bunch of Corriander leaves to be wet grinded)For Batter:
100 gms of Corn Flour
2 Eggs
1/4 cup of Milk.Method:
- Cut the fillets into rectangular pieces (Medium sizes).
- Wash the fillets and pat it dry
- Mix all the ingredients of marination in a bowl
- Rub the fish with the marination
- Squeeze the lime juice in the marinated fillets and keep it for 4-5 hrs if not in hurry.
- Heat the oil for frying in non stick kadai.
- For batter, mix all the ingredients
- Now take out one fillet, rub over the grated cheese and dip it in the egg cornflour batter
- Deep fry it oil till golden brown.
- Repeat for the fillets
- Always fry it on medium flame so that it should not burn.
- Serve it hot.
- Garnish it with fresh grated salad like cucumber, tomatoes and carrots.
