1/2 kg of Boneless Bhetki Fish
200 gms of Button Mushroom Each one to be made piece into 4 slices.
150 gms of Capsicum chopped.
2 Medium Sized Onions
1 whole Garlic Peeled off and chopped Finely
6-7 Green Chillies to be slitted .
1/2 bunch of Corriander Leaves for Garnishing.
100 gms of refined Oil for cooking.
1/2 Tbsp Of salt.
1 Fresh Lemon.
1 pinch of Ajino Motto.
1 tbsp of Soya Sauce.Method:
- Cut the fish into medium pieces
- Marinate the fish pieces with Fresh Lime or Lemon juice with 1/2 tsp of salt in it.
- Keep it for 1 hr.
- Heat the oil in non stick kadai and fry the fish pieces till golden brown
- Add the chopped onions, garlic and green Chillies and fry it
- Add mushrooms, capsicums and saute it till it softens adding 1/2 tsp of salt in it.
- Cover it with lid and keep it on medium flame for 10 minutes.
- Add the fish pieces which is already fried mix it and keep it on slow flame
- Add the soya sauce in it
- Add the chopped corriander leaves.
- Put 1 pinch of ajino motto or 1/2 tsp of Ajino motto and shimmer it for 10 minutes covered with lid.
- Serve it with noodles, rice or fried rice.
