Fish Dishes
Bhetki with Mushrooms and Capsicum Fry

Ingredients

1/2 kg of Boneless Bhetki Fish 
200 gms of Button Mushroom Each one to be made piece into 4 slices.
150 gms of Capsicum chopped.
2 Medium Sized Onions
1 whole Garlic Peeled off and chopped Finely
6-7 Green Chillies to be slitted .
1/2 bunch of Corriander Leaves for Garnishing.
100 gms of refined Oil for cooking.
1/2 Tbsp Of salt.
1 Fresh Lemon.
1 pinch of Ajino Motto.
1 tbsp of Soya Sauce.

  Method:

  1. Cut the fish into medium pieces
  2. Marinate the fish pieces with Fresh Lime or Lemon juice with 1/2 tsp of salt in it.
  3. Keep it for 1 hr.
  4. Heat the oil in non stick kadai and fry the fish pieces till golden brown
  5. Add the chopped onions, garlic and green Chillies and fry it
  6. Add mushrooms, capsicums and saute it till it softens adding 1/2 tsp of salt in it.
  7. Cover it with lid and keep it on medium flame for 10 minutes.
  8. Add the fish pieces which is already fried mix it and keep it on slow flame
  9. Add the soya sauce in it
  10. Add the chopped corriander leaves.
  11. Put 1 pinch of ajino motto or 1/2 tsp of Ajino motto and shimmer it for 10 minutes covered with lid.
  12. Serve it with noodles, rice or fried rice.
