1 kg any thornless Sea Fish, cut into medium pieces.
1 cup of Tomatoes Puree
1Tsp of chilli-garlic paste ( 6-8 Hot Green Chillies grinded with 6 Garlic Pods)
1 big Onions to be Finely Chopped.
1 teaspoon of Corriander powder.
1/2 Bunch of Parsley Leaves.
200 Ml of Oil for Frying.
1 Tbsp of Salt.Method:
- Clean the fish pieces and pat it dry.
- Marinate with 1 tsp of turmeric powder and 1 tsp of salt.
- Heat oil in non stick kadai and fry the pieces till golden brown.
- Keep it aside after taking it from oil.
- Add the chopped onions and fry till brown in colour
- Add the chilly paste and corriander powder, tomato puree in it adding the fried fish pieces in.
- Cover it and cook it on slow flame till 10 minutes.
- Put the parsley leaves in it and mix it properly
- Simmer it for 10-15 minutes and serve.
- It can be served and enjoyed with plain rice.
