1 kg Of Pomfret Fish (Each Fish should weigh 200gms)
2 tbsp of Mustard Paste (Mustard seeds grinded with 7-8 Hot Green Chillies with little of 1 tbsp Vinegar)
1 Tbsp of Onion Paste
1 tsp of Garlic paste
1 bunch of Corriander Leaves to be washed and chopped finely
1 tsp of salt
100 Gms of Grated Cheese ( Mozzarelle Cheese)
1 Tbsp of Refined Oil but it has to heated for Marination.Method:
- Remove the head from the fish, slit it (don't cut it) on both the sides.
- Marinate the fish which is slitted with all the masalas in it except grated cheese for more than 2 hrs.
- Now grease the baking tray with 1 tsp of oil all over it and place the marinated fish marinated
- Top it with grated cheese on each of the fish and pour 2 tsp of oil on the top.
- Bake it for 40 minutes and serve it as snacks or side dish during Lunch Or Dinner.
