Fish Dishes
Baked Pomfret

Ingredients

1 kg Of Pomfret Fish (Each Fish should weigh 200gms)
2 tbsp of Mustard Paste (Mustard seeds grinded with 7-8 Hot Green Chillies with little of 1 tbsp Vinegar)
1 Tbsp of Onion Paste
1 tsp of Garlic paste
1  bunch of Corriander Leaves to be washed and chopped finely
1 tsp of salt
100 Gms of Grated Cheese ( Mozzarelle Cheese)
1 Tbsp of Refined Oil but it has to heated for Marination.

  Method:

  1. Remove the head from the fish, slit it (don't cut it) on both the sides.
  2. Marinate the fish which is slitted with all the masalas in it except grated cheese for more than 2 hrs.
  3. Now grease the baking tray with 1 tsp of oil all over it and place the marinated fish marinated
  4. Top it with grated cheese on each of the fish and pour 2 tsp of oil on the top.
  5. Bake it  for 40 minutes and serve it as snacks or side dish during Lunch Or Dinner.
