Fish Dishes
Baked Fish with Vegetables and Shrimps

Ingredients

  1/2kg of Thornless and skinless fish, cut into small pieces.
 200Gms of shrimps shelled properly
300Gms of Chopped Carrots, Beans, Capsicums.
1 whole Garlic to be peeled and chopped.
1/2 teaspoon of Garlic and Green Chilly paste.
4Finely Chopped Green Chillies.
1 bunch of Corriander leaves and rosemary leaves chopped properly.
1tablespoon of Pepper  just pounded or crushed.
100-150gm of Cheese for baking.
1tablespoon of salt.
1Tablespoon of Yellow Mustard powder(wiekfield mustard powder) is easily available in the market.

  Methods of Cooking:

  1. Wash the fish pieces properly along with shrimps
  2. Pat it dry marinate with mustard powder, 1 tsp of salt, pepper crushed, rosemary, green chillies  and  chopped garlic .
  3. Heat 1 tsp of butter in nonstick pan saute the marinated fish pieces and shrimps and keep it aside.
  4. Saute all the vegetables in the  same pan for 5 minutes and  keep it aside.
  5. Take one greasing tray mix all the vegetables and fish together.
  6. Cover it with grated cheese and and corriander leaves .
  7. Bake it for 25 minutes in the oven at 150-160 degree temperature.
  8. Serve it as side dish with rice or can be had as it is.
