1/2kg of Thornless and skinless fish, cut into small pieces.
200Gms of shrimps shelled properly
300Gms of Chopped Carrots, Beans, Capsicums.
1 whole Garlic to be peeled and chopped.
1/2 teaspoon of Garlic and Green Chilly paste.
4Finely Chopped Green Chillies.
1 bunch of Corriander leaves and rosemary leaves chopped properly.
1tablespoon of Pepper just pounded or crushed.
100-150gm of Cheese for baking.
1tablespoon of salt.
1Tablespoon of Yellow Mustard powder(wiekfield mustard powder) is easily available in the market.Methods of Cooking:
- Wash the fish pieces properly along with shrimps
- Pat it dry marinate with mustard powder, 1 tsp of salt, pepper crushed, rosemary, green chillies and chopped garlic .
- Heat 1 tsp of butter in nonstick pan saute the marinated fish pieces and shrimps and keep it aside.
- Saute all the vegetables in the same pan for 5 minutes and keep it aside.
- Take one greasing tray mix all the vegetables and fish together.
- Cover it with grated cheese and and corriander leaves .
- Bake it for 25 minutes in the oven at 150-160 degree temperature.
- Serve it as side dish with rice or can be had as it is.
