By LipikaThis recepie is cooked very easily and doesnt need much of time.
Ingredients
1/2 kg of Boneless and skinless fish cut into pieces. even Tinned Tuna fish will also do.
1cup of Tomatoe puree (3 Ripe tomatoes grinded with 1whole Garlic,9-10 Red Hot Chillies)
100gms of refined Oil for baking and greasing.
1bunch of Parsley or Corriander leaves
1tablespoon of salt.Methods of Cooking:
- Wash the Fish pieces and pat it dry.
- Marinate it with salt, tomato puree and parsley or corriander leaves at least for 4-5 hrs in the fridge.
- Now after its marinated properly whenever its needed to be eaten it can be taken out.
- Grease the baking tray or baking utensil with oil and keep the marinated fish pieces on it and cover it with foil.
- Bake it for 30 minutes at 150-200 degree centigrade.
- The recepie is now ready to eat it really goes well with bread, noodles and friedrice.
