By LipikaThis is also very simple recepie and can be made by the person who is new for cooking. Ingredients
250gms of Thornless, skinless Fish pieces(Fish cut into good pieces).
200gm shelled shrimps.
2cups of half cooked rice( water should be strained properly).Basmati or any good quality raw rice.
2medium sized Chopped Onions.
Garam Masala Powder 1 1/2 Teaspoon.
100Gms Fresh Green Peas or( Frozenones) which is available in the Market.
1Tablespoon of Salt to taste.
2-3 Tablespoon Of Oil.
2Medium sized Chopped Onionsand 6-7 Green Chillies each should be slitted properly.Methods Of Cooking:
Heat the oil in pressure cooker Fry the chopped onions adding salt, shrimps, fish pieces and green peas into it. Fry it on slow flame and slowly add the rice and the slitted chillies.. Pessure cook it with 1 cup of water as the rice is half boiled adding garam masala powder in it. Wait for a 1 whistle and its ready to it. Simmer it for 5-10 minutes and its ready to serve. 2 beaten eggs can also be added to it while frying the shrimps and Fish pieces.
