Baked Fish

Ingredients

1/2 kg Fish fillets
1 capsicum, thinly sliced
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped spring onion
1/8 tsp crushed garlic
1/8 tsp crushed ginger
2 tbsp oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper powder

Method:

  1. Cut fish into small pieces
  2. Marinate with salt and pepper
  3. Keep aside for 1/2 hour
  4. Put the fish pieces in a baking dish
  5. Top with sliced capsicum, onion and tomatoes
  6. Layer it with chopped spring onion
  7. In a small vessel, mix oil, lemon juice, garlic and ginger
  8. Pour over fish
  9. Cover and bake for 20 min ate 375 o F
  10. Uncover and bake for 10 mins. till fish flakes easily
  11. Serve hot

Yield: 5 servings
