10 large mushroom
1/4 cooked ground meat
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic
Salt as per taste
1/8 tsp pepper powder
3 tbsp chopped capsicum
1 tbsp skimmed milk
1 tbsp chopped celeryMethod:
- Remove stems from mushroom, keeping aside the caps
- Chop the stems finely
- In a microwave bowl, mix stems, onion, capsicum and skim milk
- Microwave for 3 mins at high
- Remove and let it cool
- Add all the ingredients except caps
- Make a mixture and divide into 10 parts
- Stuff in Mushroom caps
- Arrange in microwave dish
- Microwave for 4-5 mins at high
- Serve with shredded vegetables
