Healthy Dishes
Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

10 large mushroom
1/4 cooked ground meat
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic
Salt as per taste
1/8 tsp pepper powder
3 tbsp chopped capsicum
1 tbsp skimmed milk
1 tbsp chopped celery

Method:

  1. Remove stems from mushroom, keeping aside the caps
  2. Chop the stems finely
  3. In a microwave bowl, mix stems, onion, capsicum and skim milk
  4. Microwave for 3 mins at high
  5. Remove and let it cool
  6. Add all the ingredients except caps
  7. Make a mixture and divide into 10 parts
  8. Stuff in Mushroom caps
  9. Arrange in microwave dish
  10. Microwave for 4-5 mins at high
  11. Serve with shredded vegetables
