4 eggs
2 cups tomato juice
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 green chillies chopped
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per tasteMethod:
- In a saucepan, bring tomato juice to boil
- Break eggs and put in the juice
- Let it cook till required consistency
- Add celery, salt and pepper
- Cook for 2-3 mins. more
- Serve hot
