1 cauliflower, cut into big florets
1 egg
1 onion, chopped finely
1/4 tsp garlic paste
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp milk
2 tsp oil
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
2 tbsp grated cheeseMethod:
- In boiling water, cook cauliflower till soft
- Drain, mash and keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan
- Fry onion till transparent
- Add garlic paste and milk
- Cook for another 3-4 mins
- Add the mixture to cauliflower
- Beat egg and add to cauliflower
- Add buttermilk, salt and pepper
- Put the mixture in a ovenproof casserole
- Garnish with cheese
- Bake for 25-30 mins till cheese is golden brown
- Serve hot
