2 cups chopped mushroom
1/2 cup chopped hard boiled egg
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/4 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp oil
4 slices of brown breadMethod:
- Heat oil in a pan
- Saute chopped mushrooms, till tender
- Remove, drain and keep aside
- In the same pan, saute onion, till tender
- Remove from fire
- Add mushrooms, pepper powder and oregano
- Pass the mixture through grinder
- Add chopped eggs
- In greased oven-proof dish, place the bread slices
- Spread the mushroom mixture over it
- Bake for 35 mins. at 350 oc
- Serve with toasted bread
