1/4 kg shrimps
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp chilli paste
1 tsbp chopped onion
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp chopped celery
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/8 tsp garlic powderMethod:
- Boil shrimps in salted water till pink
- Drain, deshell and devein the shrimps
- Run the shrimp through food chopper
Mix all the ingredients to the shrimps - Put in the greased baking dish
- Bake in moderate over for 40 mins.
- Serve with ketchup on top
