2 cups plain flour
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
3 eggs, beatenMethod:
- Sift together flour, cinnamon, cardamom and baking soda
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Beat butter and sugar well
- Add egg and mix well
- Stir in flour mixture
- Then add all the other ingredients
- Mix well
- Pour in greased loaf pan
- Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour
- Let it cool
- Remove from loaf pan
- Slice it and serve
