2 potatoes, peeled, cubed
2 mangoes, riped but firm, peeled and chopped
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cumin seeds powder
4 cups chicken stock
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt as per taste
White pepper powder as per tasteFor Garnishing:
2 tbsp chopped spring onion
1/4 cup chopped mangoesMethod:
- In a pot, mix all the ingredients
- Bring it to boil
- Reduce heat and let it cook for 20-25 minutes
- Let it cool a little
- Blend with hand blender till smooth
- Garnish with spring onion and mangoes before serving
