11/2 cup smooth mango pulp
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup whipping cream
2 packets unfalvoured gelatin
1 baked pie crust (approx 9")
1 tbspl lemon juice
1/2 cup waterMethod
- In a pan, mix sugar, gelatin and water
- Boil till gelatin and sugar dissolve
- Remove from fire
- Add mango pulp, lemon juice
- Mix it well, set in refrigerator for 1 hour
- Beat egg whites
- Mix it with the set mixture, Add all the remaining ingredients except the pie crust
- Place the pie crust in a pan
- Pour the mixture over it
- Set it for another 3 hours in the refrigerator
- serve after garnishing with mango slices
