250 gms mushrooms, halved
3 tomatoes, chopped finely
1 onion, chopped finely
1 capsicum, chopped finely
100 gms baby corn, halved
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
1 tsbp oil
Chopped corriander leavesMethod:
- Heat oil in a pan
- Fry onions till golden brown
- Add ginger-garlic paste and simmer for 2 minutes
- Add green chillies and red chilli powder and stir well
- Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes
- Add salt, garam masala and turmeric powder
- Add mushrooms, corn and capsicum
- Stir for 5 minutes till tender
- Garnish with corriander leaves
- Serve hot
