4 bread slices, buttered
1-1/2 cup sliced mushroom
1/4 cup meat pieces
1/4 cup shredded cheese
2 onion, thinly sliced
4 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
few mint leaves, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped finely
1 tbsp butterMethod:
- Fry meat pieces till crisp
- Crumble them
- Saute mushroom in butter for 3-4 mins
- Drain and keep aside
- In mayonnaise mix salt, pepper, chillies
- Place bread slices in baking tray
- Spread mayonnaise over it
- Top it with mushroom slices
- Sprinkle meat crumbles
- Top it with onion slices
- Garnish with shredded cheese and min leaves
- Bake at 350 o c for 10 mins.
- Cut the toast into halves and serve with french fries
