2 cups chopped mushroom
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp garlic paste
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 cup chopped spring onion
Salt as per taste
8 fish filletsFor Garnishing:
1/4 tsp oregano
2 cups fresh bread crumbsMethod:
- Heat butter in a pan
- Saute mushrooms till water evaporates
- Remove from fire and let it cook
- Add all the ingredients except fillets
- Mix it well
- Put the fillets in the greased baking dish
- Put the mushroom mixture
- Garnish with breadcrumbs and oregano
- Cover the dish with foil
- Bake at 300o c for 15 mins.
- Remove the boil and put it for baking again
- Bake till the coating is golden brown and fillets are crisp
- Serve with ketchup and chips
