Mushroom Dishes
Mushroom in Fish

Ingredients

2 cups chopped mushroom
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp garlic paste
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 cup chopped spring onion
Salt as per taste
8 fish fillets

For Garnishing:
1/4 tsp oregano
2 cups fresh bread crumbs

Method:

  1. Heat butter in a pan
  2. Saute mushrooms till water evaporates
  3. Remove from fire and let it cook
  4. Add all the ingredients except fillets
  5. Mix it well
  6. Put the fillets in the greased baking dish
  7. Put the mushroom mixture
  8. Garnish with breadcrumbs and oregano
  9. Cover the dish with foil
  10. Bake at 300o c for 15 mins.
  11. Remove the boil and put it for baking again
  12. Bake till the coating is golden brown and fillets are crisp
  13. Serve with ketchup and chips
