Mushroom Dishes
Mushroom Salad

Ingredients

250 gms button mushroom (preferably small)
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp salad oil (olive oil)
1 tsp dried crushed mint leaves
1/2 cup grated carrot
Salt as per taste

Method

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into half if they are big
  2. Mix white vinegar, salad oil, pepper powder, mint leaves, salt and lemon juice
  3. Mix mushrooms and grated carrots
  4. Pour it over mushrooms in bowl and toss it properly
  5. Chill it for 3 hours, stirring every 1/2 an hour
  6. Serve cold
