250 gms button mushrooms
1 cup tomato puree
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp garlic paste
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup thick curd (yoghurt)
1/2 tsp cummin seed powder
1/2 tsp corriander seeds powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp butter
Salt as per tasteMethod
- Clean mushroom and keep aside
- Heat butter in a pan
- Add chopped onions and fry till transparent
- Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies
- Simmer for 2 minutes
- Add all the powders and garam masala and fry for a minute
- Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes
- Add tomato puree, tomatoes, salt and stock
- Let it cook for 2 minutes
- Pour it into microwave bowl
- Microwave the mushroom gravy for 3 minutes
- Pour the curd and mix it well
- Serve with rice
