Omelette Recipes
Seafood Omelete

Ingredients

1/2 cup oysters
1/4 cup chopped calms
4 tbsp butter
3 tbsp chopped green onion
1 onion, chopped finely
2 tbsp milk
1/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped finely
2 eggs
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
1/4 cup grated cheese

Method:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan
  2. Saute oysters and clams for a minute Add onion, saute till transparent
  3. Remove from fire and keep aside
  4. Beat eggs with milk
  5. Add salt, pepper, oregano and spring onion
  6. Mix well
  7. Heat 1 tbsp butter, pour half of egg mixture
  8. Tilt the pan, so it spreads evenly in the pan
  9. When half cooked, put half of clam mixture in the center
  10. Put 1/2 of grated cheese
  11. When cheese melts, cover the mixture, from both sides of omelette Slide into plate
  12. Repeat for remaining mixture
  13. Serve hot with tomato sauce
