Omelette Recipes
Crabmeat Omelette

Ingredients

1 cup flaked crabmeat
1 green chilli, chopped finely
1 tbsp oil
3 eggs
1/8 tsp sugar
Salt as per taste
1/8 tsp white pepper powder
1 tbsp finely chopped celery
2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp water

Method

  1. Bet egg
  2. Add salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce and water
  3. Whisk it well
  4. Heat oil in a pan
  5. Put celery, green chillie and spring onion, saute for a minute
  6. Add crabmeat and saute for two minutes, spread it around the pan
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the crab
  8. Tilt the pan from all sides so that the onlette spreads all over the pan
  9. Let it cook till it is light golden brown
  10. Turn around, if it is big, cut intohalf, and turn both the pieces
  11. Let it cook till done
  12. Serve hot
