1 cup flaked crabmeat
1 green chilli, chopped finely
1 tbsp oil
3 eggs
1/8 tsp sugar
Salt as per taste
1/8 tsp white pepper powder
1 tbsp finely chopped celery
2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp waterMethod
- Bet egg
- Add salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce and water
- Whisk it well
- Heat oil in a pan
- Put celery, green chillie and spring onion, saute for a minute
- Add crabmeat and saute for two minutes, spread it around the pan
- Pour the egg mixture over the crab
- Tilt the pan from all sides so that the onlette spreads all over the pan
- Let it cook till it is light golden brown
- Turn around, if it is big, cut intohalf, and turn both the pieces
- Let it cook till done
- Serve hot
