2 eggs
1 cup leftover dresses pasta
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp white pepper powder
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp olive oilMethod
- Beat eggs
- Add all the ingredients except cheese and oil, mix well
- Heat oil in a pan
- Pour the mixture
- Tilt the pan from all sides, so it spreads all over the pan
- Put the grated cheese
- Cover and let it cook till cheese melts
- Slide into plate
- Cut into 4 pieces
- Serve hot
